My daughter loved this skimp-like dress, She outgrew it after only wearing it a handful of times though :( Made by Blue Heart it is a size large 6x. 100% cotton made in China. Very cute layered look, the sleeves and skirt are a olive-like green. The skirt has a un-hemmed bottom so that it rolls up. The shirt part is black and has ruffles at shoulders, the front has a distressed picture of a heart with wings and the words "Love Rock Forever" in pink, off-white and green in color. There are fake gems on it as well (none are missing) I am throwing in a pair of black Basic Edition leggings in a size 7/8 that my daughter always wore with this. They are the kind that have lace on the bottom and go to just below the knee.
