HOW TO APPLY MINERAL MAKEUP AND TIPS You can mix and match the colors, you can even create a new color by mixing them together. A little goes along way with minerals, they are highly pigmented. Next, apply to your eyelids as you would normally do. You can also use any of the eyeshadows as an eyeliner. Simply, take an eyeliner brush, put water on it and dip the brush into a color of your choice. Next, apply the minerals with the eyeliner brush as you would normally do. For the foundations, first apply your favorite moisturizer to your skin. Wait till it dries and swirl the brush in the lid of the container that the foundation comes in, tap off the extra minerals and then apply the foundation onto your skin in a circular motion.
