ITEM DESCRIPTION:
1947 vintage publicity fashion pose of Wallace Beery as he appears in "Alias a Gentleman".
Photo measures appx. 8-1/8" X 10". Printed on double-weight paper. Back is stamped "Approved, Advertising Advisory Council, Jul 11 1947, HOLLYWOOD." Also printed directly onto back of photo in typeface is the following: "GENTLEMAN WALLY...Wallace Beery dons a tuxedo for the first time in fifteen years (since "Dinner at Eight") for his starring role in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's "Alias a Gentleman." GRADING - CONDITION:
Grades VG-EX or 4.5/10 with creasing at three of the corners within the white border, except for the bottom left corner where the crease runs through a small portion of the image area near the corner. Photo is crystal clear with high gloss.
Any bright vertical lines appearing near the left or right border of the below scan are from my scanner and are not a defect of the photo.
