Hello! This is a wonderful little penquin pushing his snowball. This looks to be made of a ceramic. This measures approximatly 5 1/2 inches in length and approximatly 3 1/2 inches in height. This item is NOT NEW, but is new in the package and has never been used at all. There is a little tiny speck ( shown in the picture ) on the side of him, but it is natural to the peice of ceramic.
