This is a completely handmade, with lots of love and energy blank Book of Shadows. It is made of Birch wood. Birch trees are know by several folk names, Bereza,Beth,Beithe,Berke and Bouleau. It's associated deity is Thor. Gender type is Feminine,planet ruler is Venus and is associated element is water. Birch is used to attract the powers needed for protection and purification. It is also associated with new beginnings and healing magick.It measures 11 3/4 inches long is is 9 3/4 inches wide. The binding posts,brass antique finish are 3/4 inch and can be replaced with longer ones when needed. The hinges and corners are solid brass. On the cover, Yellow Triple Goddess with a Pentacle . The Triple Goddess symbolizes the three phases of womanhood, maiden, mother, crone. The Pentacle, representing the four elements, earth, air, fire, water and spirit. The circle representing the Universe. Your Book of Shadows will come with a Book of Shadows Blessings in your book for you to use or not.
