Book Summary or Synopsis

This tale starts on a Halloween night about the adventures of a little witch girl named Blanche, a member of Scurry No. 13, who was gifted with a blue nose that she could turn on and off by her will and gets herself in a lot of trouble because of her youth and carefree attitude. It all started when the witches have big plans to perform a flight formation late that night. Afraid of being late for the coven meeting, Blanche sets her alarm clock extra-early, and but ends up flying out way too early. As a result, she meets up with children her own age who taught the young
witch how to have some fun trick-or-treating on a Halloween Night.
