Another fabulous fashionista find!  This is a high quality medium weight black polyester fabric covered with a sparkling silver glitter fashion terminolgy trend design.  You just can't go wrong with basic black and silver, it is ALWAYS stylish and elegant.  This is a 4-way stretch lycra polyester fabric.  This is a medium weight fabric and measures 1 yard 18 inches by 58 inches wide.
