New and different this lovely fabric has just arrived in time for spring!  This is one of the most flattering colors that ANYONE can wear.  It will look lovely on ANY COLOR HORSE TOO!!!  This is a 4-way stretch lycra polyester fabric enhanced with a holographic periwinkle glitter design.  This is a heavy weight fabric and measures 1 yard 18 inches by 52 inches wide.
