New Rite Temp Thermostat Model #781-733.  This unit is new and unopenned in the original manufacture's packaging.  This unit has been sitting around awhile as a spare or backup.  As soon as I sell it, the similar thermostat I am presently usiing will go bad.  Oh well.
The packaging says the unit comes with the mounting plate and hardware with installation and programing instructions included.  I will just list the features stated on the package.  Keeps track of your filter usage and alerts you to replace the filter.  Works without mercury - Vacation override control - Continues to power most systems if the batteries go dead - Lockout feature to prevent settings being changed - Special Day Programing - 100% Tested at the factory.
The unit uses 2 AA batteries, not included.  Do your research before bidding.  There are some heating and cooling set ups this thermostat will not work with.  The packaging says it will not work with Multi-Stage Heat Pumps or 110 / 240 volt baseboard heaters.
