Wilton Umbrella Cookie cutter.  Blue Plastic.  Marked 1992 Wilton 2303-0131.  It looks like Wilton has a line of Umbrella baby shower items.  This would also be cute for celebrating spring time -April showers bring May flowers...
Very good used condition (maybe unused).  Has a bit of adhesive from where the Wilton sticker was, and a few scratches typical of this type of plastic.  No chips or cracks.
