He is accompanied by a cat on the saxophone, a bunny on drums and a monkey playing a saxophone. I don't know that these came together originally, probably not, but they were a set in a collection of porcelain figurines recently acquired. The animal figures don't have Occupied Japan like on the banjo player. There have merely Japan on the bottom. The banjo player is 3 inches tall and you can see that the animal figures are various heights under that. The banjo player has a small flea bite on his hat but there doesn't appear to be any other damage on any of the pieces.
