Items returned only with prior authorization and only as stated below: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except where an error was made by shipping an incorrect item. Buyer must notify us within 3 business days of receipt to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up.  Upon receipt by the warehouse, the replacement unit will be shipped or credit issued for the full amount of the order (if the unit is unavailable).   Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be unopened with seals and shrink wrap intact. Buyer is responsible for costs of returning the unwanted item.   Refused Delivery: Returns due to inaccurate shipping address, refused delivery, or failure to respond to notices of delivery attempts, etc. are “Unwanted Returns”, subject to the restocking fee listed above.  The Buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.   Defective Items:  A Buyer must initiate a return of defective merchandise at their expense within 10 days from the date of delivery to obtain a RMA number. If a replacement is not available at the issuing of the RMA, store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse and the defect of the product is verified.   Return of a defective item received after 20 days from the original date of delivery of the merchandise, OR the defect of the merchandise can not be confirmed, item will be returned to the Buyer at their expense (or kept until the return shipping charge paid).    Merchandise credit can be used towards new orders. Buyer may request a refund back to the PayPal account, in which case a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.  Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to post back to PayPal.
