All lighters are marked on the bottom, with the chrome and black lighters marked "Zippo, Bradford PA". The crescent moon lighter is marked "Zippo c 2000 XVI Bradford PA, Made in USA". As to condition, the crescent moon lighter needs a cleaning and the wheel turns free. The wheel is sticky on the chrome lighter and there is the right amount of tension on the black lighter, which also sparks.
