Subject;transfer of federal prisoners from the steamer Pilot Boy and the gunboat and mortar boat attack on island # 10.
These prints have all been taken from Frank Leslies Illustrated History of the civil war.
These sketches were all done in the field as they were happening, by different artists.
I didn't tear this book apart, it was like this when I got it at auction several years ago.
I have been selling them matted and shrink wrapped in my store and at shows.
Now that I have retired I'm just moving inventory out at low low prices.
Some of these have sold for big bucks, depending on subject matter.
I will be listing lots more in the next week or so, some matted and some not but ready for framing.
These measure 13 x 18 matted and 9 x 14 unmatted.
They will be shipped flat in a priority box for best protection.
