Battery tester manufactured by:

I have not been able to assess the manufacturer date.
 
Condition: I did test a 9 volt battery with this device and it did register, I am not making any claims that it is in working condition. The  negative lead is in tact but has exposed wiring. The positive lead is in good condition. This item has a few dings and scratches from normal usage. The plastic cover also has a crack that believe you can make out in the picture.
