American Airlines Playing Cards By Wess Co.  Taiwan.  These are the ones with the blue line boarder (see photo). 
Box is sealed with blue stamp /sticker that reads "PLAYING CARDS BY WESS CO." -cards still in plastic (bottom of box opens- so I peeked in to check). 
Conditon:  New in package, still sealed.  Package has minor wear.
