Vintage Eastern Steamship Lines, Inc.  Glass dish, tray, or ashtray?  Reads "General Sales Agents Miami- New York- Chicago."  Map featuring Bermuda, Florida, Nassau, Freeport, San Juan, St. Thomas, Santo Domingo, Port au Prince, Kingston."  This is a nifty piece of vintage advertising. 
Excellent condition.  It is clear glass with black and white on the underside.  No chips or cracks.
