From a recent NE Texas Estate Sale Metal Toy Farm Implement Disc- This was in same box as a Hubley tractor, so might be Hubley...  Hitch part broken off- so this is for parts.  Marked on uderside 9827.  Red painted metal (cast aluminum?- maybe heavier than that- but it's a light colored metal ) with metal discs.  Has some dirt on the discs- this has seen some farming :)  Some rust to discs.
