Vintage Divided Postcard Post Card
"INTERIOR OF ORANGE COUNTY SAVINGS AND TRUST CO. Santa Ana, California" And that's just what it is... The inside of a bank (check out the ceiling!)
Old, probably pre 1920s, but cancellation hard to read. Looks like March, 1914. Has a written date that also looks to be 1914. Also has a stamp like cancellation stamp on it that says "Santa Ana, Cal. Clean Prosperous Beautiful." Back writting in area has bank information (names of officers, amount of capital and reserve, etc), and my favorite statement "Santa Ana is a city of homes, churches and fine schools. No saloons." I guess they were trying to attract people.
Features a scene the bank on the front and bank info on the back.
USED. Cancelled 1 Cent stamp on back.
Condition Very Good. Typical yet minor edge/corner wear and some chipping along the edges and age discoloration. Nothing major. Back is very interesting (all the bank info). Email for additional photos or scans.
Item will be carefully packaged and promptly shipped. From my smoke free home.
