Features Scene of a rocky coast...  And way in the back is a little boat with a guy standing in it. 
USED.  Postmarked Santa Ana Calif 1923.  Cancelled 1 cent stamp on back.  Back has information about the Rocky Coast near Balboa and at the entrance to Newport Bay.  Great for your 1920s collection of California postcards, or your nature /beach scene collection.
Condition Good.  Some minor corner rounding, some edge chipping and corner chipping.  Typical age discoloration.  Either is textured or has some surface crazing.
