Back is number 67.  I'd say this deck is in Primitive Used Condition,.  The deck is well loved- it's worn, and soiled, and features some yellowing brittle tape (not sure why they taped it, the box isn't falling apart).  I'd say it would look nice to display, not for the obsessive card collector, more the antique stuff collector...  Deck is all there.  Cards are in better shape than the box.  You could always play with it.  Nice looking set - shows it's use well.  IF THE WEAR AND TAPE BOTHER YOU, please don't buy this set, but if you find them charming as I do,  these are for you. 
That stamp on the top is an old US Int. Rev. Stamp.
