Vintage Ink Blotter.  International Crop Producing Plant Foods For Satisfaction at Harvest Time Old Ink Blotter.
Blotter advertises International Minerals & chemical Corporation International Fertilizers Chicago, Ill.  and it features a photo of the Fertilzer Plant in Pensacola Florida (look at that great FL sky!)
CONDITION:  Vintage.  Very good for its age.  Has some age discoloration or light soiling to the white areas.  Has a bit of corner bumping.  It was barely used/not used (there's a tiny spot that might be ink- but I can't tell- on the blotting side).  Email for additonal photos.
