For scale- the bell is about 4 X 3 1/2 inches.  Back of bell stamped "1982 HALLMARK CARDS, INC." Star stamped "1981 HALLMARK CARDS, INC."  Both marked "MADE IN U.S.A." 
CONDITION:  No chips or cracks.  Normal usage/storage wear and scratches typical for this type of plastic.
