Vintage Swirled Plastic Shoe Horn.  I am very fond of swirled or marble plastic.   I usually pick up these shoe horns whenever I can. 
This vintage shoe horn is cream/tan colored with red, white, and a wee bit of blue or green swirls.  It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.  Some minor scratching from age and storage.  Back of handle/ring says "Crystal Tex  Co.  Pasadena, CAL Made in USA."  Fantastic for the collector!    These display nice- make great conversation pieces.
