Cute Puppy Dog Still Bank.  Looks like a Basset Hound to me.  Wearing a red shirt.  About 5 inches tall.  Back marked MADE IN HONG KONG.  Black Plastic Plug is present (keeps your pennies in).  Great for the bank collector, the basset hound fan, or the dog lover in your life! 
Has some scratches to his paint (mainly on his nose).   Wear consistant with age and normal use.
