Taken from a scene out of the ending of the 1937 animated feature "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" From the "Show me your hands" scene in the movie Gold seal Disney sericel is Signed by Marc Davis. This is a Limited edition, Gold seal Disney sericel is Signed by Marc Davis. This sericel was released in the 1980s by Disney through Circle Fine Art Corp. Cel is in excellant condition. Cel size is 14 x 11 inches. This Seri-cel was originally issued without a background, we have added the complementary background, reproduced from another Disney issued sericel. We've created this customed background of the oustide of the Dwarfs Cottage and Forest. Background is included here for free.

"Who is Marc Davis? Marc is one of a limited number of Premiere Disney Animators. Walt Disney called them his nine-old-men. Which is a comment towards their wisdom and creativity because he trusted them with all of the animation as he got involved in other projects. Marc's career at the Disney Company encompasses 50 years of creativity. As a Feature Animator starting inthe 1930's he developed the characters of Snow White and Tinker bell. In the 1960's he created Briar Rose & Maleficent for Sleeping Beauty and finally ending his animation career by drawing Cruella de Vil. After retiring from feature Animation in the 1960s he moved over to WED (Walter Elias Disney) imagineering which was the division in charge of creating all of the Disney theme park attractions. He used his artistic talents to create the Pirates of the Carribbean and The Haunted Mansion, among others. "
