    * We will exchange all products shipped with factory defect if they are returned within 14 days.  Do not ship anything back until you get an RMA Number from us and instructions on shipping item back. **We do not issue refunds**. If After this exchange period, Something is wrong with item all product defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty included with the product that is shipped to you. To qualify for exchange, ALL PARTS and original packaging must be returned in the condition as they were shipped.

    * If the product is damaged upon delivery, DO NOT accept it from UPS, Fedex, US Postal Service, or any other carrier making the delivery.  If the product was left in your front door with damage, please call the shipping company for inspection and pickup.  Damages to products while in transit to you are covered by the shipping company, not us or the manufacturer.
