The lift turns but the cables? that lift the bucket and the the stabilizers are missing
Tires are fine and run smoothly (needs a grease job..a little squeaky)
Has a spare tire.

Top rail of bucket is broken as shown in photo.
Not suitable for children under 3 years. Contains small parts.
