I am also a computer technician and am always working on the computer. Our goal is to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. We do ship out our items fast, if you have a change to your order please let us know before 10:00am eastern time. We have daily pick up at 11:30am. If your order is after 10:00am and you need it out that day please let us know. We ship USPS Priority, Parcel Post, and First Class. Priority will take 2-5 days, Parcel Post will take 2-9 days, and First Class will take 2- 5 days. If you do not get it in the time frame please call and we will check for you. If you need Express or want it shipped with another carrier, please let us know. We will do our best to help you.
Insurance: is optional, is paid by the buyer, the cost is $1.70.
All items that are undeliverable, unclaimed or refused are returned to us. As stated we do not pay for shipping unless it was our mistake. You will responsible for your item to be sent again. Shipping: Winning bidders will pay shipping cost.
Terms of Sale:
Return policy details: Please contact us with in 3 days of receiving you item at grammykathy@dishmail.net for a return authorization. Item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, papers and packing, as you received it. All items must have a packing slip with reason for the return. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
warranty: There is no warranty from grammykathy. The only warranty is the one from the manufacture.
