SHIPPING: We strive to ship all purchased items within 3 business days of cleared payment.
PAYMENT: We prefer payment via Google Checkout or USPS Postal Money Order - but also accept PayPal at this time.

We take care to package your items so that they arrive safely at your door. Please inspect your items ASAP upon receipt.
In the unlikely event there is a problem, email us,FroggysPad_Bonanzle@yahoo.com within (3) days of receipt (determined by date on Delivery Confirmation) We will work with you diligently to resolve the issue.
Items must be returned within (7) days after receiving Return Authorization from us, and items must be in the same condition and packaging as when we shipped.
Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. Refunds are given as money back.
We do not refund shipping cost unless we shipped the wrong item(s) to you.
